Description of Type Design Change:

Installation of a Lycoming 0-290-D2 150hp engine in accordance with A.E.Barr drawings 101, 102, and instruction sheets 1, 2, 3, and photographs on page 4, in combination with Edo 89-2000 floats and water rudder and seaplane fin installed in accordance with item 204 of aircraft specification A-780.

Limitations and Conditions:

1. Applicant's aircraft flight manual supplement dated 5-17-57 is required with seaplane installation. When operated as a land plane, aircraft flight manual supplement dated 3-2-59 is required.
